Signature Healthcare Brockton Hospital has experienced the distinct pleasure of serving the residents of Brockton and surrounding towns for more than 100 years. In those years we've touched many lives, but often don’t learn how deeply we've touched someone until after their time on earth has passed. These patients, and sometimes their loved ones, bless us by including us in their estate plans; and often the first time we know about it is when we get notice from an attorney or trust officer that we have been included in someone’s will, or been named a beneficiary of a retirement plan or insurance policy.

The Signature Healthcare established the Encore Society so we can honor those who plan to include us in their estate plans while they are still with us. Anyone who includes Signature Healthcare in their estate plans, no matter what the amount, will be welcomed into the Encore Society, receive recognition on our donor wall (unless one chooses to be anonymous) and be invited to our annual Encore Society reception. Becoming a member will ensure your memory and your gift will 'play on' and benefit Signature Healthcare.
